Sappi Warren Sales Meeting
For the second year in a row, Hill & Partners had the opportunity to create the annual sales meeting and team building event for Sappi. After several sight inspections, the team at H&P selected the Mount Washington Hotel as the perfect venue for the comprehensive annual meeting. Over 100 key employees were brought to this beautiful, and historical, New Hampshire landmark to participate in a three day program.
Hill & Partners, after successfully creating last years Black Point Inn meeting in Maine, pulled out all the stops for this exciting opportunity to help Sappi achieve many new initiatives. The program included breakout sessions laced around team building events, all designed to keep the energy level high, and foster engagement.
Attendees were spoiled with gifts and meeting supplies to help them along the way. Each evening unique dining and socializing events were created throughout the venue to provide some necessary "play" for these hard working members of the Sappi team.
Topping the experience each evening, culminated with an international dinner and dance party in the grand ballroom. The theme of the evening, "The International Dinner", was created to honor the Sappi team whose members had traveled from all parts of the world to participate in this years meeting. Complete with an international buffet all served beneath a huge 10' diameter globe, flag decorations from attendee countries and live entertainment. The meeting proved to be the experience to beat for Sappi employee events going forward.
